Online Course for Educators: Youth and Civic Media

Interested in learning to help your students research issues they care about, engage in rich dialogue, and participate effectively in the digital world?

The Civic Engagement Research Group at UC Riverside and KQED Education are teaming up to offer an online course titled Youth and Civic Media” through University of California, Riverside Extension. This 8-week course is designed for educators in and out of school spaces who are interested in integrating civic media literacy learning experiences in a variety of curricular areas and across grade levels.
