Exercise science graduate, Cassie Synder, created a marketing plan for a future business called Exercise for Sanity. This business would focus on offering a more natural and individualized way of coping or even riding an individual of a mood or mental disorder.
There are hundreds if not thousands of people being diagnosed with a mood disorder or mental disorder every day. For these people, their only option as the doctors in psychologist see right now is pharmaceutical medication.
βI chose to create the marketing plan for Exercise for Sanity because I have also been diagnosed with a few different mood disorders,β said Cassie. βIn my experience, I feel so much better when exercising and eating right, than I ever did on the many pills that have been prescribed to me. So I want to share that with everyone.β
