Poland: Explain Everything raises $3.7 million

Polish edtech startup Explain Everything has raised $3.7 million from EBRD, Credo, RTA and NEV.

The Wroclaw-based startup offers an iPad-based whiteboard application that enables teachers and tutors to create animations and videos. According to Explain Everything the app has been pre-installed on all 70.000 iPads of the Los Angeles School District and around 50% of all education based iPads in the UK.

The founding will be used to expand Explain Everything’s user base in the business and corporate verticals.
