Redeeming incentive points

Hello all,

I’ve achieved the famed Guide status and would love to redeem my points so that I can access the 3 months of complimentary Captivate.  I have sent an email to [email protected] as suggested in previous question posts on the same topic, but I have not received a response.

Any suggestions? I would love to continue learning how to create learning experiences in Captivate.
