Reflections on keeping the learning blog alive

It’s been over a year since I’ve updated my blog. I look back at this time as my “blog blackout period”. When I began the blog as part of my BC Provincial Instructors Diploma I was excited not only to start a blog and design it but to build an online environment where other learners of adult education, especially those in the corporate world, could come to and build their knowledge in creating better training.

….except that idea was put on the shelf when I was working on completing my PIDP Capstone. I neglected my blog for a year – sorry blog and any followers out there!

Now I’m back and completing my Online e-Learning certification at VCC. I’m currently taking EDUC 4151 learning more about creating an engaging, collaborative online learning community. My first assignment….refresh my blog.
