Release of the Learning While Working Framework

 

The Learning While Working Manifesto outlined the need for a different way of thinking about designing learning at work, to prepare and enable organisations to cope with the driving forces of the 3Cs – Change, Complexity and Collaboration. The framework builds on the manifesto and is focused on using design thinking to transform learning at work.   

 

The framework provides:

a series of principles that can be used to guide the design of 70:20:10-based learning programs

some design patterns for common learning challenges in organisations
