In a previous blog I stated that, “good teachers don’t need a system to manage learning; they need tools that enhance their ability to understand and know their student’s needs. They also need tools that enhance their ability to respond to these needs in ways that engage, challenge, intrigue and stimulate students all within a framework that prepares them as 21st century learners.”
The next question that needs to be considered is; how should schools and teachers identify and select appropriate tools to support and enhance learning experiences for their students?
When broken down to its basic elements, there are 2 aspects to this process:
Understanding and knowing student needs. I will call this - Learning Profiling. Responding to Student learning needs. I will call this - Learning Action
