Slips, Trips, and Falls: Safety Training Is Here to Catch You

5,190 workers were killed on the job in 2016. That averages out to more than 99 a week or more than 14 deaths every day.

Those are sobering statistics.

If you want to keep your workers safe, you need to educate them on safety guidelines. “Isn’t that OSHA’s job?” you might ask. OSHA only has about 2,100 inspectors responsible for the health and safety of 130 million workers…that’s about one compliance officer for every 59,000 workers!

We understand that creating and delivering effective, accurate, and engaging safety training is time-consuming and challenging. A survey from small business insurer Employers found that 17 percent of small business employees never got any workplace training. For companies with less than 10 employees, that number jumps to 25 percent.
