Stop Using Training ROI; Start Measuring Cost-Benefit

Stakeholders want learning to demonstrate value for their financial investments. Regretfully, this is often conflated with training ROI, which is not a proven measure of value for learning or for any other cost center. Measure learning effectiveness by applying a cost-benefit analysis to build credibility.
