Template Tuesday: New Common Craft Additions

The Common Craft library is known for its playful and easy-to-understand explainer videos, each made with the uniquely-illustrated style found in the over 2000 Common Craft cutouts. We have recently added three new videos to our library.

This particular video explains how computers (and your local barista) use algorithms to recognize who you are, what you do, and what you like to help give you a more personalized experience.

We live in a world where biased opinions often influence facts. While we’re not here to tell you which issue has what facts, opinions, or biases, this video does a good job of trying to help you make that determination on your own. Bias detection is a skill that is a must-have for just about anyone trying to navigate the information superhighway of the Internet.
