The 3 reasons why you should focus on lean (or experiential) coaching in 2015

Have you ever seen a kid, let’s say age 24, who has been sick? What is the first thing he/she does? Grabbing the smartphone (I guess the smartphone won’t be more than a hand away anyway) and Googling / WebMD / Quora / Wikipedia the symptoms and start drawing conclusions; self diagnosing. Some kids even have wearables to measure what happened to their weight, diet and what not. When visiting a doctor the visit has the following pattern:
1. Verifying if their self drawn diagnose is correct
2. The need for support during the process of healing
Inevitable this is the way the modern world works (PwC: DIY healthcare will be the top trend of 2015) and is moving toward. But these kids will be (or already are!) your clients.

In this blog post I want to talk about why lean / experiential coaching is one of the best approaches for the modern client. But let me first explain lean coaching.
