We were very happy to host a Blog post series recently on “The Changing Face of Learning”, by Cindy Pascale, CEO of Vado Inc – Docebo’s content partner. The aim of this series was to give readers a view on how to get the best from their training courses, and specifically about leveraging off the shelf courses. In this post I aim to share the main concepts of the series.

“94% of learning professionals seek to speed up the application of learning back into the workplace and only 23% feel that they achieve this”. Let’s not forget that the final aim of training is to learn new skills. Unfortunately it’s not so easy to turn content and training hours into actual skills that your employee can  apply in real work situations. That’s why, in order to achieve a successful training program, it’s important to add a sufficient number of practical applications to your learning plan, both to verify employee retention and to let them learn by doing.
