The Difference Between Learning and Knowledge, and Why You Should Care by Carol Leaman

Is it time to rethink “learning”? Look at the dictionary definition of the word. There seems to be something missing: knowledge. Most learning decays over time and ends up being a waste because it’s not designed to effectively create long- term knowledge. Maybe somebody should be in charge of knowledge.
