The Need for NERC Training Courses Online

The demand for reliable power generation, transmission, and distribution is high all over the U.S. Both private and public sectors rely on efficient bulk power systems to safely deliver sufficient power statewide.

Due to this demand, organizations formed to regulate and monitor how the operators of bulk-power systems process power from generation to distribution. NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) is one of these organizations focused on monitoring, regulating, and implementing compliance policies for power system operators.

Other entities arose that focused on providing power and utilities training and education. Power industry professionals learn about existing regulations, rules, and laws as well as compliance issues surrounding the industry.
