Theme Colors and Fonts

I am using Captivate 2019 Update 2 (11.5.0.476), I think this matters since I think the answer to my question may have changed from previous versions.

I can choose a theme, probably Blank Theme, and edit the fonts and colors.  I am thinking this is an excellent point to start with since then I can Save As the Theme into my own theme name.

Font 1, 2, and 3.  For Blank Theme, which fonts are used for which specific objects?  Or do I need to go through Object Style Manager and try to figure this out?  In other words, I’d like an easy way to to replace Font 1, 2, and 3 with my own fonts and know what objects they apply to without having to look up each object in Object Style Manager.

Same question for Theme Colors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.  What objects are each of these colors used for by default for Blank Theme?  Or do I need to go through Object Style Manager and try to figure this out?  I want to replace the default theme colors and need to know which objects each color is used for by default.
