One of the most important lessons I’ve learned recently about implementing 70:20:10 is that Learning & Development cannot and should not do this on their own. The Performance Detective (business analist) Performance Architect (businesspartner/designer) Performance Master Builder (business partner/cocreation) Performance Game Changer (director of the implementation) Performance Tracker (business analist/measuring).
