Top 10 Signs Your Project is Heading for a Meltdown

All projects have their unique challenges, and having a project challenge doesn’t automatically spell out impending project doom. When I say “project” I mean “large, enterprise level, project”. And the following ten signs are what I have learned from my very own, large, enterprise level, Sisyphus-ian projects :-)

1. There is no primary stakeholder from among the Management: An enterprise level/ global learning program needs a global management stakeholder. Without such a stakeholder, the project has no champion and is in danger of quickly becoming a lost cause.
