This May is ‘National Walking Month’. After a few years of lockdowns and not getting out much, it is more important than ever to get out and enjoy the nice weather that has been gracing us recently in the UK, and what a better way than joining in with National Walking Month?
We also celebrate Mental Health Awareness week this week (9th to 15th May) and walking even just a small amount has been proven to improve both physical and mental wellbeing, so the two topics for this month can easily tie in together.
