Using eLearning Games as an eLearning Strategy

When I hear the word strategy, I think of people sitting around a long table, in a large conference room, with a whiteboard full of scribbles, arrows, and numbers. Sometimes the people appear to be engaged and excited. Other times, not so much: arms are crossed, and eyes are rolled.

Looking for a way to avoid boredom when you build your eLearning strategy?

We can think of (at least) five reasons why you should use eLearning games as a strategy:

Creativity. Whether you’re a team of one or a team of ten, eLearning games provide you – as the designer – a way to get creative about how you help learners learn. When games are the center of your eLearning strategy, games become the backdrop onto which you can unleash your talents.
