The demand for skilled, experienced, and talented L&D professionals is increasing as organizations look forward to ramping up their operations and move full steam ahead in a post-Covid 19 scenario. The pandemic resulted in uncertainty, leading many organizations size-down their L&D personnel pool. In addition, with the increased adoption of virtual training, many organizations also face the challenge of finding the right talent to lead their digital learning goals.
