What Motivates You to Perform Your Best at Work Every Day?

Do you remember when you began your present (or most recent) job? Starting of a new job is a time when enthusiasm, energy, and a feeling of professional fulfillment is at its strongest – influenced by the reason why the job offer was accepted. Over time the level of enthusiasm and feeling of satisfaction may fluctuate as the reality of the job tasks become clear, and this can influence a person’s performance in a positive or negative manner depending upon the circumstances experienced.

The most common factors that can have an impact on how a person performs on the job may include the actual working conditions, along with the perceptions developed and held about a manager or the company overall. It then becomes challenging not to allow your performance level to be withdrawn or conditional as you begin to feel less than enthusiastic about what is expected of you each day.
