The radically growing world of online courses is an exciting and lucrative place to be. To put this in perspective, the online learning industry hit $107 billion in 2015, and is projected to grow to $325 billion by 2025.
As the industry continues to grow, there’s also been an increase in amazing, intuitive tools (like Coach), which allow creators to host, deliver, and market their courses quickly and efficiently.
But here’s the catch: better, more affordable tools lowers the barrier to entry, which means there’s an increasing number of low-quality courses out there (Udemy is a perfect example of this — a course marketplace that has been completely saturated by endless, low-quality content).
