Whose Responsibility is Informal Learning?

There’s a renewed interest in informal learning and it’s no wonder.

The Bersin Modern Learner study finds workers only have 1% of their workweek to spare for learning. And they are increasingly empowered to seek out what they need at the point of need from on demand resources. Offering formal learning to match the pace of change is literally impossible. We all know from personal experience that what our mom said is true: We learn best by doing.
