Many of our clients are large, blue-chip organisations who use HR systems to manage their HR function. Once upon a time, we believed that HR systems were only meant for big companies like our clients – and for this reason, as a small business, we spent a long time without one. Four years ago, that all changed. We decided to try an HR system out for ourselves, to see how we might benefit.
