Would You Like to Have Dreams for Your Career Again?

Do you have dreams now? Do you hope for something more in your career? Harriet Tubman said that "Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world."

For many people, the idea of having a dream doesn't always align with being a responsible adult. An adult has a specific role to fulfill and it is usually associated with holding a job and developing a career. Unless you have your ideal career right now, you may think about the future but be limited by the job you have chosen. The reasons for settling for a job that is not your ultimate career dream may include financial obligations, limited job choices, a competitive job market, or any other number of reasons. And once you have settled on and accepted a position you may likely stay in that job for many of those same reasons.
